Rachel Dubrow, LCSW ~ Founder and Psychotherapist
Rachel is a graduate of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Washington University in St. Louis with a clinical focus.
Her professional experience includes working in crisis intervention, healthcare, hospice, and private practice. She also is an Adjunct Professor and teaches courses to Masters students in diagnosis, psychotherapy, and aging.
Rachel utilizes a strengths-based approach when working with clients. She draws upon her training in cognitive-behavioral therapies (CBT) and solution-focused therapy while incorporating psychodynamic therapy for clients wanting to do work on a deeper level. She believes that we are all capable of having a happier, more fulfilled life and can succeed in therapy by being open-minded and reflective.
Rachel is a member of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America. She has been featured by CBS Chicago and Voyage Chicago. Rachel’s clients describe her as authentic, engaging, and an active listener.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new restaurants in the Chicagoland area.

Jenny Philipson, LCSW
Jenny earned her Bachelor’s degree from University of Michigan Ann-Arbor and her Master in Social Work from University of Chicago. After graduation, she worked at Cathedral Counseling Center (as a Fellow), The Cradle, and Jewish Child and Family Services.
Jenny uses a number of different therapy methods including Psychodynamic and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and takes an individualized approach to treating each client. Her clinical interests include working with relationship issues and the elderly. She believes that clients can succeed in therapy by becoming curious about themselves. Throughout her career, clients have consistently described her as warm, caring, and compassionate.
In her free time, Jenny enjoys playing guitar and photography.

Cynthia Koskiewicz, LCPC, CADC
Cynthia earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois University and her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University. She is certified as an alcohol and drug counselor (CADC). Her clinical experience includes working at Linden Oaks Intensive Outpatient Program for adults and in residential treatment.
Cynthia incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when helping clients achieve their therapy goals. Her clinical interests include working with adolescents, individuals and families working through life transitions, relationship issues, and substance use recovery. Her clients have described her as energetic, thoughtful, and encouraging.
In her free time, Cynthia enjoys spending time outdoors.
