About the practice

Therapy for anxiety, depression, and stress from life changes

Since 2012, Rachel Dubrow, LCSW is committed to providing evidence-based counseling and therapy to parents, 30-somethings, and young adults. She has extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life changes. Serving Northfield, Northbrook, Wilmette, Highland Park and all surrounding areas.

Rachel believes in making therapy accessible to her clients by offering in-office and virtual appointments during all times of day. She values and respects her clients’ commitment and time by offering standing weekly and bi-monthly 45 minute appointment times. For clients living in the state of Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri and Florida who cannot make it into the office, she also offers telehealth therapy sessions.

Rachel does her best work with clients who are interested in understanding more about themselves and strengthening their relationships with others. She also works well with clients who want to learn tangible coping skills to use outside of the office.

Many of Rachel’s clients have never been to therapy before. Those that have, come see Rachel because they want a more direct and interactive approach to therapy. Some clients choose to work on one particular issue in therapy, while others want to address their ongoing life challenges. These issues can range from managing work stress or a career change, communicating with your partner about parenting and marital issues, navigating dating and relationships, dealing with social anxieties, among others. Rachel tailors her approach and the length of treatment to meet your needs.

If you are ready for a change, contact Rachel directly at intake@racheldubrowlcsw.com to book your first appointment.

"Rachel was instrumental in helping me navigate through a very difficult time. She's smart, down-to-earth, empathic, patient, and non-judgmental. She's been incredibly responsive to any and all issues I’ve brought into our sessions, and she isn’t afraid to venture outside of traditional therapy practices to help her clients."
