Individual Therapy

Therapy can be helpful in addressing a variety of concerns. I create a safe place where I will listen to your concerns and validate your unique experiences. My approach includes looking into patterns of behaviors, thoughts, or feelings in the past and present so that we can collaborate on specific solutions that will work for you. Sometimes, this involves doing some homework by writing down ideas or situations in between sessions. Every person is unique and I tailor my therapy approach accordingly.
